About the Role
Sourcing: Develop and execute sourcing strategies for complex projects to ensure cost optimization and supply continuity. Create and manage RFIs/RFPs, supplier scorecards, and performance reviews. Partner with suppliers to identify improvements, manage risks, and drive cost competitiveness. Ensure adherence to policies and educate stakeholders and suppliers on compliance requirements. Lead supplier scorecard processes and strategic business reviews, addressing issues and driving improvements. Monitor deliverables for accuracy, timeliness, and quality, and manage contingency plans for delays. Execute contracts and resolve risks or roadblocks to ensure alignment with business needs. Develop and implement pricing and negotiation strategies for complex categories. Master's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business, Finance or related field AND 4+ years experience in Data Science/Analytics, Finance, Project Management, Supply Chain, and/or Operations OR Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business, Finance or related field AND 5+ years experience in Data Science/Analytics, Finance, Project Management, Supply Chain, and/or Operations Experience working in the Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC) industry.
