About the Role

Summary

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to drive the evolution of Daily Harvest’s digital experience. You’ll independently own the design process end-to-end — shaping problems, developing prototypes, and delivering thoughtful, validated solutions that influence product direction. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments, brings a strong product mindset, and can operate with minimal oversight while delivering impactful consumer experiences in food and wellness space.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end product design process—from concept and discovery to wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and developer handoff
Own product design strategy for the entire customer experience, guiding the development of new features and functionality in collaboration with PMs, engineers, marketing/creative stakeholders
Lead UX/UI workshops with cross functional partners to optimize key areas of the customer experience and creatively find new solutions to customer pain points
Design in Figma (or similar tools), leveraging reusable components, design systems, and interactive prototypes
Lead and conduct UX research, usability testing, and customer interviews to validate ideas and identify areas for improvement
Independently lead high-ambiguity problem spaces, driving alignment across teams with limited direction
Help evolve and scale our design language/system for consistency and efficiency across the platform
Contribute to the overall product strategy and influence roadmap decisions with a user-centered mindset
Serve as a design thought partner and mentor to peers, helping elevate design quality across the org

Requirements

7+ years of product design experience in consumer technology, ecommerce, or DTC brands
Strong portfolio showcasing real-world examples of end-to-end product design work (web and/or mobile) with clear evidence of strategic thinking and outcomes
Deep hands-on experience in Figma (or similar platform), including prototyping, collaboration, and systematized UI design
Experience with user research and usability testing tools/methods
Demonstrated ability to operate independently in high-ambiguity situations, turning rough concepts or business problems into concrete prototypes, product direction, and shipped solutions
Strong collaboration and communication skills; able to advocate for design and balance user needs with business goals
Experience working in food, wellness, health, or lifestyle brands preferred

Compensation Range: $115,000.00 - $172,000.00, plus bonus.
