About the Role

Overview

Join our senior living community in Tucson, Arizona as a Resident Navigator and be the heart of hospitality! You’ll create a warm, welcoming experience for new and existing residents. From the move-in day to everyday life, you’ll ensure residents feel valued, supported, and connected. This role is all about service, detail, and making meaningful moments happen.

Responsibilities

Welcome new residents with personalized care and orientation.
Coordinate smooth move-ins and maintain ongoing check-ins.
Serve as a trusted resource for questions and concerns.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Resident Experience teams.
Foster a culture of hospitality and excellence throughout the community.

Qualifications

High school diploma (required).
2+ years in Senior Living (Independent/Assisted Living) preferred.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Canva experience is a plus.
Warm, service-driven personality with a team-first mindset.

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Compensation Rate: Starting pay rate is $21 per hour, with compensation varying based on experience and qualifications.
