Goal:

Drive retail business healthy growth and gain market share in broad retail market channel, by developing channel strategies esp. for offline retail channels. Building detailed annual channel business operation plans and quarterly channel activation plans and deploying the plans to sales force to implement and tracking.

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities 工作职责:

  • Responsible to identify and build shopper insight into the channel strategies. Ensure brand channel strategies and trade marketing plans and activities are well aligned with marketing strategies and shopper insights.

    • Develop retail channel brand strategies and new business model and retail business toolkits to support channel business healthy growth .

  • Responsible for conducting trade marketing plan with key business partners and ensure good integration between Wellness and OTC, maximizing synergy across distributors and brands.

    • Prepare annual Channel OP plan, define sales target, and budget allocation, to deliver wellness top line and bottom-line expectations.

    • Monthly forecast coordination and CMF alignment: incl. GS, GTN, and Selling P for retail channel

    • Ensure that promotional funds and resources are managed effectively, controlled within budget and appropriate tracking measures are in place for major expenditures, including GTN and promotional funding. 

  • Conduct post promotion evaluation with clear KPI and ROI objective, improve TMKT funds and campaign effectiveness.

    • Execute key project plan incl. innovation launch: distribution, merchandising, pricing guideline and promotional plan to ensure the innovation launch success.

    • Promote cross channel empowerment, leverage expert TMKT and distributor resource.

    • Tailor made analysis and report writing based on business requirement to support business decision

Qualifications / Requirements (Education / Experience / Competencies) 申请资格 / 职位要求(教育背景 / 工作经验 / 知识与技能)

  • University or above major in Marketing/Management/Business Administration or related fields,( health care marketing related degree are preferred)

  • 6 years+ working experience in MNC, Top 500 or health care company in related marketing fields are preferred

  • Strong trade marketing knowledge in WELLNESS and /or Consumer Health for category trade marketing planning and tracking

  • Frontline customer management knowledge to gain customer insight

  • Practiced MS office application

  • Strategic planning and strong analytic skill with Innovative thinking
