Your opportunity

12 month – Max Term Contract


As our Clinical Lead, you will provide senior clinical leadership within the Castle Hill Seniors Community, overseeing the delivery of safe, evidence-based and person-centred clinical care. You will guide a multidisciplinary nursing team, champion best practice, and ensure compliance and quality across all clinical operations.

By leading exceptional clinical standards and collaborating closely with the Care Operations Manager, you will enhance resident wellbeing and contribute to Anglicare’s commitment to safe, dignified and holistic care.

With integrity and resilience, you will:

  • Lead, mentor and support Registered and Enrolled Nurses to deliver high-quality clinical care

  • Oversee clinical governance, assessments, documentation and quality improvement initiatives

  • Manage clinical escalations, incidents and risk, ensuring regulatory compliance

  • Partner with residents, families and internal teams to support coordinated, person-centred outcomes

  • Promote a safe, respectful and collaborative workplace culture

What you’ll bring


You are a confident, experienced clinical leader who inspires high performance and models excellence in nursing practice. You bring strong clinical judgement, outstanding communication skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement. You also share our organisational values of integrity, justice, compassion and excellence.

You will also need:
 

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

  • Minimum 5 years’ clinical nursing experience (aged care or community care preferred)

  • Demonstrated experience leading clinical teams

  • Strong understanding of aged care legislation, quality frameworks and clinical governance

  • High proficiency in clinical documentation and digital care systems

  • Current NSW driver’s licence

Ideally, you will also have:

  • Experience in wound care, chronic disease, palliative or continence care

  • Strong capability in incident management, RCA and continuous improvement

  • Excellent time management, prioritisation and delegation skills

  • A collaborative leadership style that builds trust and engagement
