About the Role

Description

The Village at Summerville, a continuing care retirement community founded in 1958, is seeking a manager for our home care department, Vital Living.  


As the Vital Living Manager you will:

  • Ensure consistent, quality driven delivery of home care services to appropriate residents.
  • Schedule, direct, supervise and train department employees.
  • Make arrangements for transportation of residents to and from appointments.
  • Complete department billing.
  • Meet with clients and families to ensure satisfaction of offered services.

Minimum Qualifications:

Experience: 2 years of experience in senior living, social work or healthcare related field

Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) and organizational skills
