Polymer was established in conjunction with PAG, one of the world's largest Asia-focused alternative asset managers, in 2019.</div><div>Job Responsibilities / Job Brief</div><ul><li>Handle license applications, regulatory filings and reports (HK and US)&nbsp;</li><li>Conduct monitoring and surveillance of trading activities to detect and prevent market abuse, insider trading and other violations</li><li>Investigate and resolve alerts generated by trade surveillance systems, and escalate any potential issues to the appropriate stakeholders</li><li>Work on regional projects including system UAT, new investment models discussion, or system development</li><li>Conduct or assist with ad-hoc inspections and regulatory requests</li></ul><div>Requirements</div><ul><li>University graduate with major in Business, Finance, Law or Computer Science;</li><li>At least 2 years of working experience, preferably in compliance function</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills</li><li>High attention to details</li><li>Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under tight deadlines</li><li>Proactive in identifying risks and proposing solutions.
