About the Role
Your responsibilities will include: Supporting annual operating plan activities, quarterly forecasting, cost center mapping, strategic planning, and monthly financial tracking in collaboration with the Finance team Supporting project governance and best practice development across a variety of project types Supporting ad-hoc requests and special initiatives from the PMO team Bachelor's degree, preferably in engineering, project management, or a related field Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in engineering product development, manufacturing, project management, or a related discipline Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate across a matrixed organization Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment Strong organizational, communication, and execution skills Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Power BI, and SharePoint Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large data sets Proficiency in Power BI or Tableau for data visualization and dashboard creation Hands-on experience using Planisware or similar PPM software Understanding of the Product Development Process (PDP) Experience managing projects focused on tool creation or process improvement
