About the Role
- Expressing functional concepts and designs through storyboards, illustrations, and prototypes. - Deliver end-to-end product solutions, including competitive research, requirements definition, user experience, and delivery of capabilities. - Closely collaborating across disciplines like Engineering, Design, Marketing to evaluate and iterate on ideas and designs. - Provide thought leadership and project leadership to engineers in your areas, formulate project and design goals, deeply understand user needs, and drive creative and compelling solutions to conclusion. - Manage dependencies across teams to ensure that features land on time with the required scope across mobile and web. - Engage with customers and internal preview users, and triage, prioritize, and address customer feedback for your area. - Regularly present new product plans, strategy, demos, competitive reviews, and more to the leadership team. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development - OR equivalent experience. - 5+ years of experience in shipping technical products as a product manager, program manager through cross-team collaboration. - Ability to design. - Data analytics skills and ability to drive data driven decisions. - Passionate customer advocate. - Relentless drive for results.
