About the Role
Heading SIOP for PQ bussiness . Planning on long term forecast .Managing SIOP with 5 step process with CFT and running executive calls with leadership team .Managing pipeline review for PQ bussiness .Communicating ,collaborating with sales and cross function teams to satisfy and support them on time on the needs . Need to play a virtual and solid role by understanding of the supply chain adaptability to handle changing market conditions 1. Monthly SIOP (5 step process : Protfilo,Data gathering,Demand planning.Supply planning,Intergration review,Executive review) Work with sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain teams to gather insights and align forecasts with business strategies Process of tracking and managing sales opportunities as they move through different stages, from initial contact to a closed deal through pipeline management process. 1. BE in Electrical/ Electronics Engg Analytical thinking. Inventory management. Proficiency with demand planning software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various departments and stakeholders. High level of attention to detail essential. Highly ethical and able to work in cross functional team. Good communicator of both written and verbal information. Able to work in a matrix organization.
