Senior Associate, AV Events Technician

Assist the AV Operations team with troubleshooting, maintaining and validating video conference equipment and AV systems in production workspaces and control rooms Ensure seamless AV experiences for executive meetings and events Set up and operate videoconferencing systems and live webcasts Assist with equipment testing, maintenance and configuration Contribute to continuous improvement of AV processes and operational efficiency Technology & Equipment Management: Support asset audits and lifecycle management Support asset audits and lifecycle management Experience in corporate AV production or live event environments Excellent troubleshooting skills in high pressure, live event situations Experience with microphone RF management and maintenance Basic understanding of video routing systems and production signal flow Strong organisational skills and attention to detail; solid documentation habits Strong communication and teamwork skills; comfortable collaborating across functional teams Familiarity with common production ecosystems (e.g., Blackmagic ATEM, NewTek TriCaster, Dante, Q SYS, Crestron) Knowledge of enterprise video conferencing platforms and room control systems (e.g., Microsoft Teams Rooms, Cisco/Webex, Crestron) Basic non linear editing (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve)
