About the Role
You will identify unknown or unmet customer needs within multiple feature areas. You'll then clarify any patterns of root problems and define solution options for those feature areas. You will drive business impact across the organization and track success criteria for multiple feature areas. You'll also identify long-term investment opportunities and engage partners to garner support for those feature areas. You will help define a feature set and facilitate mid-level usability reviews with customers. You'll own the roadmap for multiple feature areas, and will collaborate with a partner team to build golden configurations and drive scenario walkthroughs. You will scale Product Marketing teams by helping build marketing, roll-out, and customer support plans. You'll also promote the feature areas you worked on and present at large events. You will partner with others to collect performance metrics and form hypotheses for complex technical needs in order to improve product development in targeted areas. You'll also identify features to deprecate, manage customer communities, and build trust with targeted customers. Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management or software development OR equivalent experience. Solving complex analytical and technical problems with strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration. Thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments with evolving requirements. Making pragmatic business and engineering tradeoffs to deliver measurable value. Leading customer, partner, and executive engagements. 4+ years of Cloud and Networking experience. Experience in planning and executing on complex multi cycle initiatives.
