About the Role
Design agentic workflows end‑to‑end focusing on assistive conversations, tool‑use orchestration, and trustworthy handoffs between human and AI. Storyboard, architect information flows, and run usability evaluations; contribute to agentic UX design systems and patterns. - Instrument and measure impact (time‑to‑value, seller productivity, CSAT); partner with Data Science to define metrics, logs, and experiment designs for agent features Champion inclusive, user‑centered practices—ground decisions in research/insights and balance user needs with business outcomes and technical constraints. - Scope and prioritize complex work across multiple projects; lead through ambiguity and make crisp decisions that unblock teams. Mentor and influence across disciplines; raise the bar on agentic patterns, accessibility, and design operations expectations. 3+ years of UX design experience, including ≥1 year designing for AI assistants/agents or AI‑fueled interactive experiences; BA/BS or Master's in Design/HCI or related field is a plus. Strong communication and UX project management skills—able to estimate, plan, deliver independently, and orchestrate transparent stakeholder communication. Fluency in Figma and the ability to leverage AI for design productivity; adept at producing artifacts that elegantly convey ideas, workflows, and concepts. - Ability to work independently through ambiguous situations and undefined product areas; accurately scope/estimate efforts and prioritize tasks. - A high‑quality portfolio presentation that communicates experience and demonstrates design and communication skills. - Exposure to Enterprise sales or Enterprise Commerce scenarios (e.g., CRM, CPQ, analytics). - Familiarity with AI safety/ethics, responsible AI practices, and privacy/compliance considerations in enterprise contexts. - Exposure to data‑informed design for agents (telemetry, prompt instrumentation, evals) and A/B testing. - - Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication driving compelling conversations and clear design presentations. - Ability to create a variety of design artifacts that elegantly convey ideas, workflows, and concepts. - Operate independently through ambiguity; accurately scope and prioritize tasks and goals.
