Playtech‘s Corporate IT Operations Team is looking for a proactive IT Operations Engineer to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria.  

Your influential mission. You will... 

• Maintain and enhance the monitoring system (Grafana, VictoriaMetrics, Loki). 
• Monitor and validate technical compliance of IT services, systems, and infrastructure. 
• Manage alert and incident processes to ensure timely resolution. 
• Support and maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB). 
• Collect and aggregate operational data to support decision-making. 
• Automate processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort. 
• Coordinate remediation of compliance gaps across IT services. 
• Maintain accurate operational documentation and contribute to the internal knowledge base. 

Components for success. You... 

• Have at least 2 years of experience in an IT corporate environment as an IT Administrator, DevOps Engineer, or Site Reliability Engineer.
• Have hands-on experience with monitoring and log collection tools (Grafana, VictoriaMetrics, Loki). 
• Have solid Linux and Docker administration experience.
• Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. 
• Understand corporate IT environments, technologies, and solutions. 
• Have experience working with CMDB systems. 
• Are curious, proactive, and eager to learn new tools and technologies.
