About the Role

Project Co-ordinator II

The appointee will be responsible for (a) conducting research and drafting proposals, reports, presentation material; (b) liaising and coordinating with internal and external parties; (c) supporting activities related to university development and other strategic initiatives; (d) assisting in ad-hoc assignments; and (e) performing any other duties assigned by supervisor.

 

Applicants should have/be (i) a good Bachelor’s degree; (ii) at least 5 years’ post-qualification work experience, preferably in the public relations field; (iii) a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua and Cantonese); and (iv) good communication, organisational and teamwork skills. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to sit for a written test in both English and Chinese.

 

Appointment will initially be made on a 2-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
