About the Role

Project Co-ordinator II [carrying the job title of ‘Executive (Strategic Events)’]  
The appointee will be responsible for (a) planning, managing and co-ordinating major University’s events; (b) organising hospitality programmes, ceremonies, international conferences, exhibitions and lectures; (c) preparing publicity materials in both Chinese and English; (d) developing and maintaining event websites and database; (e) liaising with internal and external parties; and (f) performing other tasks as assigned. 
 

Applicants should have/be (i) a good Bachelor’s degree; (ii) at least 3 years’ post-qualification work experience, preferably in organising events and in the public relations field; (iii) a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua and Cantonese); and (iv) good communication, organisational and teamwork skills. Shortlisted candidates will be  invited to sit for a written test in both English and Chinese.
 

Appointment will initially be made on a 2-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
