About the Role

Part-time Project Co-ordinator II
The appointee will be responsible for (a) assisting in the admissions exercise, including scheduling interviews, validating application documents, preparing recommendation documents, issuing admission offers and confirming offer acceptance; (b) actively engaging and following up on prospects/applicants; (c) providing general support for admissions events and programme activities; and (d) performing any other duties as assigned.
 

Applicants should have (i) a good Bachelor’s degree; (ii) at least 2 years' post-qualification work experience, preferably in higher education institutions; (iii) strong organisational skills and attention to detail; (iv) a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua); (v) the ability to work independently and as a team member with a strong sense of responsibility; and (vi) high computer proficiency and competence in the use of database systems and electronic communication. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to sit for a written test. 
 

Appointment will initially be made on contract basis for up to 1 year commencing as soon as possible, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
