Job Description
We’re seeking friendly and professional Guest Service Agents to join our team on a part-time basis at Oaks Sydney Goldsbrough Suites. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic hospitality environment and delivering exceptional experiences to our guests.
Key responsibilities:
- Greet guests and manage check-in and check-out procedures
- Respond to guest enquiries and provide information about the property and local area
- Handle reservations, payments, and administrative tasks accurately
- Maintain a welcoming and professional front office environment
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Qualifications
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in front office or customer service (hospitality preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and guest-focused approach
- Ability to work a flexible part-time roster, including weekends and public holidays
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
