About the Role
Master's degree in a relevant field (Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Communication Systems or similar). 0-2 years of working experience. Introductory understanding of 3GPP radio layers (PHY/MAC/RLC/RRC) and how they interact in LTE/5G networks. Basic understanding of RF concepts such as modulation, propagation, antennas, and introductory knowledge of LTE/5G standards. Foundational knowledge of analog and digital electronics with some hands-on experience using basic lab instruments such as oscilloscopes and spectrum analyzers. Basic awareness of RF front-end components and radio signal flow, with the ability to perform simple RF measurements and assist in hardware troubleshooting under guidance. Plans tasks effectively and manages time and resources to meet deadlines. Adjusts quickly to new situations and stays positive when things are unclear. Works carefully and reliably to deliver quality results that meet customer needs. Cooperates well with teammates and communicates openly and respectfully. Builds good relationships and interacts confidently with people at all levels. Contributes fresh ideas and helps find practical solutions to problems.
