Szenior folyamat és termékmérnök - Senior Process and Product Engineer (f/m/div)

A gyártás folyamatosságának biztosítása (berendezéshibák elhárítása, folyamatproblémák elemzése, korrekciós intézkedések meghozatala és azok bevezetése); A zárolt tételek elemzésének elvéégzése, hibaokok feltárása, javító intézkedések definiálása; A gyártógépek specifikációjának elkészítése, kapcsolattartás a berendezés szállítókkal, a gép gyártásba történő inegrációjának koordinációja; Kidolgozza a gyártási eljárásokat (gyártási programok, folyamatparaméterek, szükséges eszközök, stb.) és validálja azokat (NPI folyamatok); A folyamatokhoz és gépekhez tartozó munkautasítások elkészítése, ezekből oktatások megtartása; Aktív együttműködés a társosztályokkal és a fejlesztés megfelelő részlegeivel; Felelősség a gyártási folyamatok és a gyártóberendezések fejlesztéséért; A dedikált projektfeladatok ütemetés szerinti megvalósítása. Ensure the continuity of production (troubleshooting equipment failures, analyzing process problems, taking and implementing corrective actions); Perform analysis of blocked batches, identifying defects, defining corrective actions; Prepare specifications for production machines, keep in touch with equipment suppliers, coordinate the integration of the machine into production; Develop production procedures (production programs, process parameters, tools required, etc.); Develop and validate production programs (NPI processes); Prepare and train work instructions for processes and machines; Collaborate with the partner departments and the relevant development departments; Responsible for the development of production processes and production equipment; Carrie out the project tasks delegated to you. Felsőfokú műszaki végzettséggel (Villamosmérnök, Mechatronikai mérnök, Mérnök Fizikus, Fizikus); Aktív angol és/vagy német nyelvtudás, önállóan kommunikáció szóban és írásban egyaránt; Legalább 5 éves gyártási környzetben szerzett tapasztalat (elektronikai gyártási tapasztalat prepefrált); Általános áttekintő, műszaki szemléletmód, jó analitikai és problémamegoldó készség; Kezdeményező, fejlesztő szemléletű megközelítések alkalmazása; Minőségirányítási eszközök ismerete (FMEA, 8D, 5 WHY); Megbízható kommunikáció alkalmazása szakmai és tárgyalási ismeretei segítségével mind vállalaton belül, mind az anyavállalat képviselőivel, illetve külső szolgáltatókkal és szállítókkal; Önálló munkavégzés magasfokú precízitással, pontosság, csapatjátékos egyéniség. University degree in engineering (Electrical Engineer, Mechatronic Engineer, Physics Engineer, Physicist); Active command of English and/or German and can communicate independently in written and oral form; At least 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (Electronics manufacturing experience preferred); General overview, technical approach, good analytical and problem solving skills; Initiative, developmental approach; Knowledge of quality management tools is part of everyday life (FMEA, 8D, 5 WHY); You are able to communicate confidently within the company, with representatives of company, external service providers and suppliers using your professional and negotiation skills; You are a highly precise and punctual individual, while being an active team player.
