About the Role
Define and shape the agility strategy for the platform team, aligning with broader enterprise goals. Identify and address systemic inefficiencies in engineering workflows, tooling, and processes. Drive KPI-driven improvements across planning, execution, and delivery. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and transparency. Lead by example—be hands-on in understanding technical challenges and guiding teams through solutions. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, experimentation, and accountability. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 12+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience. 4+ years people management experience. Proven track record of leading engineering teams toward concrete, customer-impacting goals. Solid technical background with the ability to dive deep and influence architecture and delivery. Experience driving agility transformations or process improvements at scale. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
