You will be in charge of the projects from the definition phase, execution, test, and deployment of the solution.</p><p><strong>What you'll do:</strong></p><ul><li>Support our Sales and Customer Success teams when designing integration solutions for their clients</li><li>Advise and support our clients on integrating goFLUENT solutions with their LMS or ATS in combination with Single Sign On integrations (SAML, SCIM, LTI, REST API, etc) whenever needed</li><li>Interface with internal and external project managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation &amp; deployment</li><li>Support clients internal &amp; external teams in case of technical issues related to the integrations</li><li>Train other teams &amp; coordinate information within the organization</li></ul><p><strong>What you'll need:</strong></p><ul><li>Proven project management experience, 1-2 years of experience</li><li>Problem-solving approach and detail oriented.</li><li>Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.</li><li>Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.</li><li>Fluent in both English &amp; French.</li></ul><p><strong>Good to have:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with LMS or LXPs administration / integrations</li><li>Experience with technologies like SAML, OAuth, etc.</li><li>Understanding &amp; Knowledge in APIs, technical documentation and coding are a plus.</li><li>Other languages such as French, German, are a plus.&nbsp;</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p><p><strong>Join Our Vibrant Team!<br></strong>Be part of a young, dynamic team with the stability of a fast-growing, 24-year-old Swiss company.
