Senior Finance Manager - Capital Markets

Work across functions, organizations, and external parties to ensure alignment and coordination for smooth and efficient execution of transactions Partner across company on carbon reduction and removal purchases through the use of investments and innovative financing strategies Engage with key internal and external partners, including portfolio companies, investments, financial institutions, and other industry organizations, to advance programmatic efforts Represent the team in meetings with key internal and external partners as well as customers Perform market analysis & research and develop deep understanding of key market drivers Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 5+ years experience in investments, financial analysis, or related field Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 8+ years experience in investments, financial analysis, or related field OR Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 5+ years experience in investments, financial analysis, or related field OR equivalent experience Excellent investment, analytical, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, and financial modeling skills are key for success in this role Ability to manage numerous transactions & models end-to-end while managing through ambiguity Experience leading the due diligence process on prospective investments Demonstrated ability to create clarity, collaborate, be inclusive, and be a curious learner Ability to simplify complex information and highly effective written and oral communication skills for all audience levels Compliance and ethics demonstrated in every action
