About the Role

作為華邦的(竹北) KGD測試工程師，你將負責把關產品生產週期的每一道關卡，確保產品良率、性能及品質。工作內容包含：

【工作內容】
1. 負責 KGD 量產測試程式的開發與維護
2. 客製化產品之測試程式維護與技術支援
3. 推動測試成本最佳化（含測試時間與設備資源改善）
4. 提升測試良率並進行良率異常分析
5. 強化 Fault Coverage、改善測試覆蓋率
6. 協助產品工程相關異常的分析與處理
7. 客訴問題分析與回覆支援
