Summary of Position 

The Radiologic Technologist (Rad Tech/RT) for Premier Physician Network is responsible for performing diagnostic imaging examinations, to produce images of tissue, organs, bones, and vessels. 

Nature and Scope 

The Radiologic Technologist performs diagnostic imaging examinations, at the direction of the treating provider. They are responsible for accurate and consistent quality diagnostic images, using fixed or mobile radiographic equipment.

 



Qualifications 

1. Minimum Associate’s Degree required. 

2. Current Ohio Radiologic License from the Ohio Department of Health required. 

3. Active ARRT certification required. 

4. Thorough understanding of the use of medical technologies and performing accurate diagnostic procedures. 

5. Experience in an ambulatory care environment preferred. 

6. Proficient computer and data entry skills. 

7. Effective problem solving skills and ability to work independently. 

8. Proven record of dependability. 

9. Effective verbal and written communication skills. 

10. Detail oriented and ability to prioritize work effectively. 

11. Demonstrated effective time-management skills
