Job Description
The Project Manager (Mechanical) will lead and oversee mechanical works in Pre‑Engineered Building (PEB) projects within a real estate project management consultancy environment. The role involves managing end‑to‑end execution, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery while coordinating with multiple stakeholders including clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Lead and oversee mechanical works in Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) projects, managing end-to-end execution.
- Develop project schedules, resource plans, and budgets; monitor progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Review technical submittals and ensure integration of mechanical systems with PEB structures.
- Implement QA/QC procedures, conduct site inspections, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors as the primary point of contact for mechanical works.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and prepare management reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree - Mechanical engineering with 8–12 years of experience in mechanical project management, including 3–5 years in Pre-Engineered Building projects.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems in industrial projects, with familiarity in PEB design, fabrication, and erection processes.
- Proven track record in project management, technical review, and client coordination.
