Today, <strong>we employ over 14500 employees, thereof in Europe alone</strong> over 800 sales consultants, as well as more than 4200 mobile service engineers, maintain a close-knit network providing quality consulting and comprehensive service.</p> <p>In short, your role within <strong>Jungheinrich</strong> will play a crucial part in providing the customer with complete peace of mind in managing their intra-company logistics.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h3>&nbsp;</h3> <h3>Role Purpose</h3> <ul> <li>Responsible for efficient Sales Administration</li> <li>Support Sales function operationally and manage related tasks&nbsp;</li> </ul> <h3><br>Role Responsibilities</h3> <ul> <li>Collate activity data for Sales and support management of data (opportunities in C4C, lost order reporting, fleet data)</li> <li>Manage Credit Approvals of customers and customer account set-ups</li> <li>Creation of order information packs</li> <li>Production of quotations, prepare financial customer contracts and issue them electronically (if possible)</li> <li>Maintenance of customers files and team folders</li> <li>Support Sales function with management of contract terminations (natural and early) and contract extension</li> <li>Co-ordinate day to day activity of the Sales Team regarding their administration and customer support needs</li> <li>Customer interface regarding queries, complaints, deliveries, Credit Control related queries and invoicing issues</li> <li>Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer queries</li> <li>Management of customer specific portals, systems, and procedures</li> <li>Make sure that all Jungheinrich standards and guidelines in relation to Sales business are followed and met</li> </ul> <p>In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed, the job holder may be required to perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by your line manager.</p> <h3><br>Person Specification</h3> <p><strong>Role Requirements</strong></p> <p>Skills:</p> <ul> <li>IT Literate</li> <li>Good time management</li> <li>Good organisational and multi-taking skills</li> <li>Strong administration skills</li> </ul> <p>Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of Microsoft Office</li> <li>Previous experience in a customer focussed environment</li> <li>Experience with SAP and CRM</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Competencies Required</strong></p> <ul> <li>Attention to detail</li> <li>Reliable</li> <li>Accuracy</li> <li>Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines</li> <li>Drive and determination</li> <li>Strong communication skills</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h2 style="text-align: center;"></h2>
