Job Description
Revenue Strategy & Management
Lead revenue management initiatives for the property, optimising occupancy, Average Daily Rate (ADR), and RevPAR.
Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and booking patterns to identify revenue opportunities.
Develop forecasts, budgets, and financial reports to support operational and strategic decisions.
Distribution & Channel Optimisation
Manage all online and offline distribution channels to maximise revenue and market visibility.
Ensure content accuracy and rate parity across OTAs, GDS, and direct booking platforms.
Drive initiatives to increase direct bookings and enhance channel performance.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Analyse guest segmentation, booking patterns, and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
Prepare regular reports and insights for senior leadership to support informed decision-making.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Front Office teams to align revenue strategies with promotions, campaigns, and guest experience initiatives.
Provide guidance and support to operational teams on revenue-driven decisions, pricing, and packaging.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Finance, Business, or related field.
3–5 years’ experience in revenue management or related analytics within luxury, lifestyle, or resort properties.
Strong analytical, numerical, and reporting skills; proficiency in revenue management tools and Excel.
Knowledge of GCC hospitality markets is highly desirable.
Strong communication, organisational, and teamwork skills.
Passion for optimising revenue and driving property performance.
