About the Role

Role Overview 

As a key member of the Human Resources team, the Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment using SAP SuccessFactors. The role focuses on delivering high-quality talent in a timely, cost-effective manner while ensuring alignment with business needs. The candidate will play a strategic role in workforce planning, employer branding, and driving data-backed hiring decisions through SF analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage job requisition, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding via SAP SuccessFactors.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and talent pipelines.

• Track and optimize recruitment metrics using SF dashboards and reports.

• Promote internal mobility and diversity hiring initiatives.

• Leverage recruitment marketing tools and job boards integrated within SF.

• Conduct quarterly hiring forecast meetings with business stakeholders.

• Ensure 100% compliance in SF documentation, candidate data, and process audits.

Additional KPIs

• Close 100% of approved positions within SLA timelines.

• Maintain >95% hiring manager satisfaction score from feedback surveys.

• Achieve 100% SuccessFactors usage in all recruitment stages (Job Posting to Offer Letter).

• Conduct at least 1 employer branding or job fair campaign per quarter.

• Improve internal hiring ratio to ≥ 30% by end of year.

• Ensure ≥ 35% of total hires come from diversity groups.

• Maintain <3:1 Interview-to-Hire ratio to optimize candidate quality.

• Submit quarterly recruitment analytics reports to HR leadership via SF.
