Do you dream of managing a SIXT branch? Join our Graduate Programme on a permanent contract and embark on a 12-month rotational training path designed to expose you to various operational functions. Innovative and dynamic, our programme seamlessly blends theory and hands-on practice to sharpen your commercial, operational, financial, and managerial skills - preparing you to take the reins of your future branch. 

Launch date of our next cohort: April 1st, 2026

 

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT  

  • You will lead and inspire your team to ensure exceptional customer experience and a high level of commitment from each member. You will be responsible for the integration, training and development of your team to drive improvement and success.   

  • You will be responsible for managing sales targets and driving sales in your branch by driving actions to achieve quantitative and qualitative results. You will monitor the performance of your branch and propose solutions to improve results.   

  • You will manage the fleet of your branch, optimising utilisation and managing cost while ensuring compliance with internal procedures. 

  • You will manage the budget of your branch and make suggestions on costs optimisation and operational excellence. 

 

YOUR SKILLS COUNT 

  • Educational background and experience: you have graduated from a business school or university within the last two years and have some proven experience in sales and/or management. You are ready to take your first steps in branch management and go up the ladder rapidly.   

  • Management skills: you have a strong results-oriented mindset and have the ability to unite your teams to achieve sales and service objectives.   

  • Passion for customer relations: you are passionate about customer satisfaction and want to offer an exceptional experience to every customer.   

  • Entrepreneurial mindset: ambitious, determined and motivated, you have an entrepreneurial mindset and are ready to take on responsibilities quickly.   

  • Geographical mobility and driving license: you have a valid B driving license and are mobile throughout BeNeLux during your training program and after graduation to take responsibility of your first branch. 

  • Languages: you are fluent in French and English; fluency in Dutch would be considered a strong asset. Any other language would be a plus.
