As a Still Life Stylist, you will style and produce product images for hm.com according to brand guidelines and creative direction. Your focus will be on styling products for still life photography to present the assortment in an elevated and inspiring way. You will be part of our team of Stylists and Photographers and collaborate with other roles within our department. Together we have the responsibility to produce high quality images and further develop the product presentation of each concept and product category for each season.
Key responsibilities:
- Create impactful product styling that reflects product type and customer segment to deliver elevated, fashion-forward presentations.
- Ensure products are styled to meet brand guidelines and deliver high-quality imagery.
- Plan and organize weekly and daily shoot schedules, setting clear workflows for efficient production.
- Collaborate and communicate daily, providing constructive feedback to achieve the best results.
- Work proactively and contribute with ideas to improve workflows and elevate the visual output.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we believe you have a self-going personality with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to quickly get up to speed. You thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on studio environment where teamwork, communication and adaptability are essential. You are proactive, solution-oriented and able to balance efficiency with a strong eye for detail and aesthetics.
We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in fashion and materials, and who naturally understands shape, form and how to bring life into still life imagery. You are humble, collaborative and open to feedback, and you contribute actively to a positive team environment.
- Previous styling experience, preferably from still life, fashion, visual merchandising or similar.
- Strong aesthetic sense and ability to translate guidelines into elevated styling with consistency and precision.
- Keen interest in fashion, design, materials and product presentation.
- Ability to work efficiently and maintain a high daily production pace.
- Strong communication and teamwork mindset.
- Interest or basic understanding of photography is meritorious but not a requirment.
