Als Relationship Manager für HNWI und UHNWI sind Sie verantwortlich für die umfassende Betreuung und Entwicklung eines exklusiven Kundenportfolios. Sie bauen langfristige Beziehungen auf und agieren als zentrale Vertrauensperson für anspruchsvolle Privatkunden mit komplexen Vermögensstrukturen.

Aufbau, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von langfristigen Kundenbeziehungen im HNWI/UHNWI-Segment
Identifikation von Kundenbedürfnissen und Entwicklung individueller Lösungen in Zusammenarbeit mit internen Spezialisten
Entgegennahme von telefonischen Börsenaufträgen von Aktien, Obligationen, Funds/ETFs, Warrants, Strukturierten Produkten, Optionen, Futures, Forex, Treuhandanlagen und Krypto Assets
Netzwerkpflege und gezielte Marktaktivitäten
Teilnahme an exklusiven Kundenveranstaltungen und Repräsentation der Bank im gehobenen Umfeld
Sicherstellung höchster Servicequalität und Diskretion im Umgang mit sensiblen Kundendaten
Beobachtung von Markttrends und regulatorischen Entwicklungen
Koordination mit internen Abteilungen

Qualifications

Mindestens 3 Jahre Bankerfahrung mit Fokus auf HNWI/UHNWI
Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung, Kommunikationsstärke und Verhandlungsgeschick
Tiefes Verständnis internationaler Finanzmärkte
Sie haben Affinität zur Börse und Interesse an den Kapitalmärkten
Fliessende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
Diskretion, Integrität und ein hohes Mass an Eigeninitiative
Sie sind flexibel betreffend Arbeitszeiten
Sie sind dynamisch und motiviert
Hochschulabschluss in Wirtschaft, Finance oder vergleichbare Ausbildung von Vorteil
