With evidence-based treatment and various supportive groups, clients transition to a sober lifestyle in an expansive setting. Our detox program ensures safe, medically-supervised withdrawal from substances in a comfortable, non-hospital environment. The residential rehab program provides variable lengths of stay based on personalized, clinically-driven treatment plans.</p> <p>The Clinical Director oversees all clinical services and is responsible for adherence to clinical standards and&nbsp;compliance expectations in collaboration with program and corporate leadership.</p> <p><strong>Shift:&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Pay:&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>$75,000 - $85,000</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Responsible for oversight of all clinical services in the program including assessment and intake processes,&nbsp;group facilitation, family therapy services and programming, individual therapy, aftercare planning, crisis<br>stabilization, and utilization review.</li> <li>Provides clinical supervision and training for all clinical staff with structured onboarding processes, consistent&nbsp;supervision meetings, treatment team facilitation, and support staff training and guidance with appropriate&nbsp;documentation and tracking of all oversight activities.</li> <li>Collaborates with program and corporate leadership to develop annual clinical strategic plans for consistent&nbsp;refinement of clinical services.</li> <li>Participate in operational and clinical review to address documentation, EMR, billing, sales/ marketing issues.</li> <li>Responsible for client engagement and outcome measure completion as defined by facility standards.</li> <li>Responsible for addressing any other pertinent issue or barriers in clinical engagement and overall&nbsp;effectiveness of the program and implementing initiatives for improvement.</li> <li>Oversees clinical development through structured trainings in collaboration with Divisional Clinical&nbsp;Leadership in accordance with program and regional clinical philosophy and program specific clinical<br>strategic plan.
