About the Role

The Manager of Data Analytics oversees the collection, processing, and interpretation of large datasets to drive strategic decision-making. This role involves managing a team of analysts, developing data-driven strategies, and ensuring data integrity across multiple systems. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with leadership skills to foster a data-centric culture within the organization

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and mentor a team of data analysts.
Allocate resources and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Develop and implement data analytics strategies aligned with business objectives.
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal standards.
Oversee data collection, cleaning, and validation processes.
Use statistical tools and advanced analytics to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
Prepare and present reports to senior management.
Work cross-functionally with marketing, finance, operations, and IT teams.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
Maintain and optimize data systems and databases.
Implement modern analytics techniques, including machine learning and predictive modeling.
Develop training programs for junior analysts and promote best practices in data analysis.

Required Skills and Attributes:

Experience with machine learning, predictive analytics, and big data technologies.
Knowledge of business operations, KPIs, and financial metrics.
Certifications such as PMP, AWS, or BI-related credentials are a plus

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field is a plus.
5+ years of experience in data analytics is preferred.
Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and cloud platforms.
Excellent communication and project management skills

Physical Requirements:
