About the Role

Customer Feedback and Iteration: Capture, analyze, and prioritize customer feedback to continuously improve product offerings. Develop and refine OKRs, platform feature enhancements, and functional specifications. Requirement Gathering and Specification: Collect and analyze customer requirements, formulate objectives, and develop detailed specifications for new features and products. Technical Product Management: partner closely with engineering teams to create, update or review data schemas, data models, platform architecture and technical solutions that answer customer needs. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with analytics, engineering and product teams to ensure seamless platform development and launch. Foster strong partnerships with stakeholders to align on product vision and goals. Process and Documentation: Manage and document product management processes, ensuring clarity and consistency. Maintain comprehensive records of product specifications, user stories, and feedback. Leadership and Influence: Demonstrate leadership by driving a customer-obsessed, growth mindset culture within the team. Lead by example and inspire others to achieve excellence. Required/Minimum Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development OR equivalent experience. Preferred/Additional Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.
