Senior Project Leader Product Development (f/m/div)

Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation plans, and risk management plans Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and timelines fit into dynamic business needs Analyze and resolve project-related issues, using advanced problem-solving skills and root cause analysis Ensure compliance with quality and reliability standards A university degree in electrical engineering or a related discipline 6+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the semiconductor industry Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes, including GaN HEMT, IGBT, Diode and SiC technologies Proven track record of successfully managing projects with multiple stakeholders and teams Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think outside the box Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, iProjEx, and Jama Strong understanding of quality and reliability standards Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities Experience with lean procedures and process improvements Knowledge of document management, front-end testing processes, and data review Experience with conflict management and negotiation - Power & Sensor Systems (PSS) drives leading-edge power management, sensing, and data transfer capabilities - The PSS division powers decarbonization and digitalization with a wide range of energy-efficient and digital solutions.
