About the Role

Development and prototyping of ground-breaking virtual prototyping methodologies and frameworks, with a focus on SystemC-based infrastructures. Experience with GUI development using C++ in Windows environments. Experience developing hardware components in FPGA. Experience in analog circuit design. Spearhead Innovation: Lead the development and prototyping of ground-breaking virtual prototyping methodologies and frameworks, with a focus on SystemC-based infrastructures. Set the Technical Direction: Provide expert guidance and mentorship to a team of talented researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Drive Industry Impact: Contribute to the global research community through publications, presentations, and collaborations with leading academics and industry partners. Influence Strategic Decisions: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate your solutions into our product development lifecycle, impacting the future of Infineon's technology roadmap. Champion Intellectual Property: Lead the development and protection of valuable intellectual property, securing our competitive advantage. Deep Expertise: Ph.D. degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Extensive Experience: 10-15 years of experience in system modeling research or virtual prototyping, with a proven track record of leading successful research initiatives. Technical Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of C++/SystemC and TLM-based modeling for virtual platforms. Deep understanding of C++, OOPS, STL, data structures, algorithms, and programming concepts. Leadership Acumen: Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor research teams, fostering collaboration and driving results. Strategic Thinking: Ability to connect research initiatives with business objectives and contribute to the strategic direction of our technology roadmap.
