As part of our 2026 growth and succession planning strategy, we are building a talent pipeline for future leadership roles within our company. We’re seeking expressions of interest from experienced and ambitious operations professionals who want to step into or progress within a leadership role.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to position themselves for a potential upcoming vacancy or expansion within our depot management team.

Salary:

• £33,500-£35,000 depending on role placement.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day execution of depot operations across transport and pallet movements.
• Liaise with drivers and warehouse teams to meet service levels and compliance targets.
• Assist with shift planning, route optimisation, and KPI tracking.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in safety, efficiency, and cost control.
• Work alongside depot management in ensuring customer-first service delivery.

Ideal Candidate

• A genuine passion for transport operations – particularly HGVs, commercial vehicles, and fleet performance.
• Experience in logistics, transport, or pallet network operations.
• A proven ability to manage people and processes under pressure.
• Familiarity with compliance requirements (e.g., WTD, driver hours).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ambition to grow into a leadership position within a fast-moving business.
