About the Role

General Purpose:

Process butter into butter oil and into packagable form

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Help keep scrap butter melted down
  • Operates and sanitizes oil system as needed
  • Monitors employees assigned to rework
  • Keep self and equipment in a sanitary fashion
  • Communicate with supervisors and lead about the day’s plan as well as the next day’s plan of production
  • Understand CIP and oil process
  • Perform required function within SAP program
  • Adhere to all DFA  Quality and Food Safety policies and procedures, reporting any nonconformity
  • Adhere to all DFA  Safety policies and procedures, reporting any nonconformity
  • Adhere to all DFA  GMP policies and procedures, reporting any nonconformity
  • Other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications

Required Minimum Qualifications:

     

 

            Necessary Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Ability to use commercial English, grammar and arithmetic such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division as required
