About the Role
Overview

As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of each guest room to deliver unmatched service excellence to our guests.


Responsibilities

Housekeeping Room Attendant responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas, to meet established cleanliness standards
  • Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as needed to ensure guest comfort
  • Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain a tidy appearance
  • Vacuum carpets and perform floor care duties in guest rooms and hallways
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the housekeeping management team promptly
  • Restock cleaning supplies and ensure all equipment is in good working condition
  • Assist with special cleaning projects as required by management or during peak periods
  • Uphold the highest standards of hospitality by responding promptly to guest requests and inquiries
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

What are we looking for?

  • Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality business, team members may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the resort, including weekends and holidays
  • Previous experience in custodial or industrial cleaning preferred, particularly within hotel or hospitality settings
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Passion for providing exceptional service to guests and team members
  • Proven job reliability, diligence, dedication, and attention to detail
  • Teamwork and collaboration
  • Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally with guests, coworkers and supervisors
