In this unique role, you will provide exceptional support to Polish-speaking customers in the automotive sector, assisting them with inquiries about products, services, and order-related issues. Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service in Polish for inquiries related to automotive products and services.
  • Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations.
  • Offer information about vehicle specifications, features, and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and product developments to better assist customers.
  • Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive sector is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer care.
  • Able to multitask and effectively manage various inquiries.
  • Familiarity with customer service software or CRM systems is advantageous.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to relocate or work in Greece and embrace a multicultural work environment.
