- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably within the logistics or transportation sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with customer service software or logistics systems is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new environment.
