Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer support in Italian for logistics inquiries.
  • Assist customers with shipping options, documentation, and tracking of their shipments.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Document customer interactions accurately for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
  • Stay updated on logistics processes and changes to assist customers effectively.
  • Gather customer feedback to enhance service quality.
  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably within the logistics or transportation sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with customer service software or logistics systems is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new environment.
