Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist Dutch-speaking customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, while striving for first-contact resolution.
  • Provide thorough responses to questions, concerns, and service requests with efficiency and a friendly demeanor.
  • Log and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Work closely with different departments to deliver tailored solutions and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance your skills and share insights with colleagues.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is a must; good command of English is preferable.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous but not mandatory; a willingness to learn is essential.
  • Strong communication skills and a knack for problem-solving.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new culture.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while still managing individual responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in using various software and CRM tools to manage customer interactions efficiently.
