Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality customer service in Dutch, addressing inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution.
  • Document all customer interactions and feedback accurately.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure customers’ needs are met promptly.
  • Stay updated on product offerings, company policies, and industry trends.
  • Contribute to team meetings and share insights for service improvement.
  • Guide customers through troubleshooting processes when necessary.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on providing excellent customer care.
  • Proficiency with customer service software or CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment while managing individual responsibilities.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new environment.
