About the Role

Recognised in the Top 50 Gastropubs, the Top 50 Boutique Hotels, and awarded 3 AA Rosettes, we combine culinary excellence with warm, attentive hospitality.</p><p>Breakfast at The Wild Rabbit is the first impression of our dining experience each day. It is where our guests begin their morning in a calm and welcoming setting, enjoying seasonal dishes and warm service that reflects the same fine-dining standards as the rest of our restaurant.<br></p><ul></ul><p><strong>YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul><li>Deliver warm, professional, and attentive service throughout breakfast</li><li>Welcome guests, take orders, serve dishes and beverages with accuracy and attention to detail</li><li>Support the Breakfast Supervisor to ensure the flow of service runs smoothly</li><li>Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the dining room</li><li>Communicate clearly with the kitchen to ensure accurate timing and delivery of dishes</li><li>Have full knowledge of the breakfast menu, including ingredients and allergens</li><li>Prepare the restaurant for service, including table setup, restocking, and ensuring all areas are guest-ready</li><li>Uphold personal presentation standards in line with our brand and service style</li><li>Handle guest requests and feedback with professionalism and genuine care</li></ul><ul></ul><p><strong>SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS</strong></p><ul><li>Previous experience in fine dining or high-end hospitality is highly desirable</li><li>A warm, professional approach with exceptional customer service skills</li><li>Strong communication skills and the confidence to interact with guests</li><li>Great attention to detail in service, presentation, and cleanliness</li><li>A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to stay calm under pressure</li><li>Team-focused attitude, willing to support colleagues during busy periods</li></ul><p><strong>PERKS & BENEFITS</strong></p><ul></ul><ul><li>Discounts: We offer a range of discounts on our products, treatments, and dining experiences from day 1.</li><li>Volunteering Days: Employees are offered one paid day per year to volunteer with a charity of their choice.</li><li>Private Medical: We offer subsidised private medical insurance through Bupa.</li><li>Pension Scheme: Pay up to 9% of your salary into your pension each month; we contribute up to 4.5%.</li><li>Life Assurance: We offer life assurance cover, equivalent of up to a year of your annual salary. </li><li>Mental Health Support: Our Employee Assistance Programme provides 24-hour support, seven days a week.</li></ul><p>*<em>The on target earning potential for this role is £37,900 per annum based on a <strong>48-hour </strong>contract - comprising a base salary of £30,900, plus a qualified estimate of £7,000 in gratuities and service charge. Please note this role is paid hourly so this is a projected salary and OTE.</em></p><p><strong>About gratuities and service charge:</strong><br>Gratuities are paid on a pro-rata basis. It is estimated that in 2025, full-time employees can expect to receive in the region of £7,000 in addition to their annual salary.<br></p><ul></ul>
