Senior Product Growth Manager

If you enjoy solving challenges, delivering measurable outcomes, and contributing to the success of a cutting-edge platform, we’d love for you to be part of our team shaping the future of advertising at Unity.</p> <p><strong>What you'll be doing</strong></p> <ul> <li>Drive the execution of product growth initiatives that optimize performance and deliver tangible results for Unity’s customers and partners.</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between growth initiatives and business objectives.</li> <li>Monitor key metrics to uncover actionable insights that enhance product adoption and boost ROI for our customers.</li> <li>Identify and resolve obstacles across the user journey to deliver a seamless and impactful experience for Unity users.</li> <li>Support efforts to increase adoption and engagement with Unity's product offerings, contributing to long-term customer retention.</li> <li>Partner with Product Managers to understand product functionality and benefits, assisting with tactical positioning and messaging.</li> <li>Conduct market analysis and competitive research to help identify risks and opportunities for product growth.</li> <li>Craft customer-focused data-driven communication strategies, including marketing messaging and incident responses, tailored to different user segments and stages in their journey.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What we're looking for</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience as a Product Growth Manager or in a client-facing role with highly technical products</li> <li>Project Management experience</li> <li>Experience in mobile advertising and a solid understanding of the Adtech ecosystem</li> <li>Proven ability to drive product adoption initiatives and deliver measurable business outcomes</li> <li>Experience conducting market research to support product and growth strategy decisions</li> <li>Strong organizational skills with a sharp attention to detail and a focus on execution</li> <li>Proficiency in data analysis.</li> <li>Clear, persuasive communication skills with the ability to collaborate with highly technical teams and engage diverse audiences, including C-level</li> </ul> <p><strong>You might also have</strong></p> <ul> <li>Hands-on experience with SQL or similar tools</li> <li>Familiarity with Unity’s advertising solutions, such as ironSource Network Unity Ads or LevelPlay</li> <li>Experience collaborating with distributed teams across multiple time zones</li> </ul> <p><strong>Additional information</strong></p> <ul> <li>Relocation support is not available for this position</li> <li>Work visa/immigration sponsorship is not available for this position</li> </ul> <p><strong>Life at Unity</strong><br>We offer a wide range of benefits designed to support employees' well-being and work-life balance.
