<p><span style="font-family:sans-serif;font-size:11px;">Our client, one of Canada’s Big 5 Banks, is looking to add junior-level Back Office Investment Processing Officers to their corporate team in downtown Toronto.</span><p><strong style="font-size:11px;font-family:sans-serif;"><em><u>This is a hybrid role — successful candidates must be comfortable working onsite 4 days a week.</u></em></strong><p><strong style="font-size:11px;font-family:sans-serif;"><u>Must-Have Skills & Experience:</u></strong><p><ul><li><span style="font-family:sans-serif;font-size:11px;">Strong communication skills (English – written and verbal communication is crucial)</span></li><li><span style="font-family:sans-serif;font-size:11px;">Proficiency in Microsoft Office</span></li><li><span style="font-family:sans-serif;font-size:11px;">Minimum 6 months of previous banking experience (Teller or Back Office)</span></li></ul><p><strong style="font-size:11px;font-family:sans-serif;"><u>What You’ll Be Doing:</u></strong><p><ul><li><span style="font-family:sans-serif;font-size:11px;">Perform accurate data entry and review client documentation to set up fee rates, group accounts, and ensure proper account configuration.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:sans-serif;font-size:11px;">Open and maintain accounts on the book of records; enrich account profiles for functionality across multiple Lines of Business (LOBs).</span></li><li><span style="font-family:sans-serif;font-size:11px;">Process maintenance requests, such as rate changes or account grouping adjustments, in compliance with established procedures.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:sans-serif;font-size:11px;">Utilize ticketing systems and optical imaging tools to manage documentation and workflow efficiently.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:sans-serif;font-size:11px;">Monitor and manage a shared email inbox for incoming requests and inquiries.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:sans-serif;font-size:11px;">Conduct investigations on account-related issues and collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:sans-serif;font-size:11px;">Work in an SLA-driven environment, ensuring tasks are completed within defined timelines and quality standards.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:sans-serif;font-size:11px;">Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:sans-serif;font-size:11px;">Participate in cross-functional training to support multiple LOBs and broaden operational knowledge.</span></li></ul><p><strong style="font-size:11px;font-family:sans-serif;">Location: </strong><span style="font-size:11px;font-family:sans-serif;">Downtown Toronto</span><p><strong style="font-size:11px;font-family:sans-serif;">Schedule: </strong><span style="font-size:11px;font-family:sans-serif;">Hybrid (4 days in-office, 1 day remote)</span><p><u style="font-family:sans-serif;font-size:8px;">Disclaimer</u><p><span style="font-family:sans-serif;font-size:8px;">The Company is an equal opportunity employer and will consider all applications without regard to race, sex, age, color, religion, national origin, veteran status, disability, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by law.
