<p>Requirements:</p>
<ul>
<li>Previous experience as a Store Manager in Luxury Retail (3-5 years).</li>
<li>Proven experience managing stores in shopping centers.</li>
<li>Excellent English proficiency (C1 level preferred).</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience in team management and leadership.</li>
<li>Strong background in managing KPIs and implementing action plans.</li>

<li>Responsable de motivar al equipo para alcanzar los objetivos de rendimiento y los KPIs de la tienda, definiendo planes de acción para lograr metas a corto y largo plazo.</li>
<li>Entrenar, desarrollar y evaluar al equipo.</li>
<li>Realizar un reclutamiento eficaz, planificación de sucesión y establecer redes de contacto.</li>
<li>Implementar y mantener una mentalidad centrada en el cliente para construir una base de clientes leales.</li>
<li>Impulsar el uso de todas las herramientas disponibles, asegurando que se ejecuten los procedimientos y se cumplan las políticas.</li>
<li>Construir y mantener un conocimiento sobre los competidores y los mercados locales, compartiendo cualquier hallazgo relevante con tu Area Manager y el equipo de retail.</li>

<li>Experiencia previa en un puesto de gestión similar, de 3 a 5 años, en el sector de moda y retail de estilo de vida.</li>
<li>Excelentes habilidades de liderazgo y gestión de personas para liderar, motivar, entrenar y desarrollar al equipo mediante una gestión activa.</li>
<li>Capacidad para ser flexible y adaptarse a las necesidades del negocio.</li>
<li>Demostrar una fuerte visión comercial y conocimiento de la marca.</li>
<li>Disposición para aprender y desarrollarse constantemente.</li>
<li>Excelentes habilidades de comunicación a todos los niveles, tanto escritas como verbales.</li>
<li>Experiencia en networking y construcción de relaciones.</li>
