American Lumper Services is a growing nationwide warehouse management company currently seeking motivated individuals to assist our Greencastle, PA, location with manual loading and unloading of containers. Duties will include, but are not limited to: sorting retail merchandise by store number, building, wrapping, and staging of pallets. Warehouse experience is preferred. Willing to train. Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store, break-down totes)
Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
Report any discrepancies
Effective communication abilities, including writing, speaking, and active listening
excellent problem-solving, decision-making, time management, and organizational abilities
Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations
Other duties as assigned
STEEL TOES REQUIRED CANNOT WORK ON THE FLOOR WITHOUT THEM

Schedule:

1st shift

4-5 days per week

RIGHT NOW PEAK HOURS 6:00AM-6:00PM

6am-4:30pm (regular hours)

Must be available and willing to work weekends

Weekly Pay:

$19.00/hr

Benefits:

Health Insurance- after 90 days

PTO- (accrual starts from day 1, but can not use until day 90)

401K- after 180 days (6 months)
