About the Role
Nous recrutons un(e) Gestionnaire de compte Client pour répondre aux diverses demandes de nos clients et assurer la gestion de leur compte : Enregistrement des comptes et des commandes Saisie de bon de commande Enregistrement d'avoir Accompagnement des clients sur notre site web Apporter une aide à nos clients dans les différents process de fonctionnement Guider nos clients dans la compréhension des factures Traitement des réclamations A l'aise avec les communications téléphoniques et la rédaction de réponses personnalisées aux demandes des clients, vous êtes leur interlocuteur privilégié et concourrez ainsi à la satisfaction et la pérennisation de notre clientèle. Après une formation sur le métier de la dosimétrie passive et l'environnement informatique de ce poste, vous rejoignez notre équipe de 9 Gestionnaires de compte Client avec qui vous travaillerez en coordination. Profil De formation Bac +2, vous savez accueillir avec empathie les demandes clients et les traiter avec rigueur et professionnalisme. Vous avez une bonne élocution et un réel plaisir à l'utilisation du téléphone, à la rédaction et au service au Client. Vous avez une première expérience de traitements des appels entrants dans une activité de services B to B et êtes parfaitement à l'aise avec l'outil informatique. Anglais souhaité.
